Pathetic service again

Ordered and paid at 7.09pm. Its now 20.33pm and I happen to read my email (which I don't usually after hours) only to be told "oh sorry something went wrong with your order" and NOTHING IS BEING DELIVERED.

90 minute wait for NOTHING.

Try the call centre ? Irritating repetitive piano music, no one answers.

I am getting more and more fed up with this service provider. And best of all ? They don't refund, they credit a stupid "e-wallet" which means you are forced to use them again or LOSE YOUR MONEY.

20.35pm and no food for dinner, thank guys.
