Pathetic Service after ****** food from driver

Driver stole my food. Contacted customer service through whatsapp. Closed the chat before a resolution. Opened it again my side and eventually got refunded. But after the wait all restaurants are closed. The refund is now in my wallet of the app that I don't want to use again after this pathetic idea of customer service but doubt they'll care enough to do anything about it. Use another app rather than taking a chance with this one
