Pathetic service

So I have tried using this app thrice now and every time I have been left so upset with not only the service but also the food that I receive. I feel the amount of time I have waited is ridiculous and using the app thrice was my way of trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt however i am completely done with this app and making use of this pathetic service, each time I have ordered food my food would arrive late and cold and I would have to reheat it in the microwave leaving me so upset that I lose my appetite and don't even want to eat the food I paid good money for, Mr Delivery is the worst food delivery app and I will make sure to encourage friends and family to steer clear from using this service. After 3 occasions of being dissapointed I feel I have given Mr Delivery more than enough chances to improve. Working in a service industry myself i try to be as understanding as possible however to be failed three times on the same thing is my my limit. I have officially removed this application from my mobile. And I will encourage everyone else I come in contact with to do the same
