Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic app yal have I must say. My food was not delivered from kfc. We had not electricity from 4pm. My kids had not eaten, so we decided to order from kfc Warwick on your app. Food was supposed to be deliverd at 19:17. We still have no food. Yal have credited my money back but how does this help me if I have no food. Also I downloaded your app to get the R50 off so now I've lost out on that discount. I wont be ordering your app anytime soon...absolutely useless service truely.
