Pathetic service

I must say the service you get from Mr delivery is pathetic... I had ordered Nandos and I had clicked on the option extra sauce and I also put a note saying half mild and half hot extra sauce.. When my meal came to me it was so dry and they never paid attention to the notes I had put. It's pointless apologizing and giving me a R15 voucher for a R250 meal that I placed when you guys stuff up.. This is the second time I had a problem and these 15 and 20rand voucher doesn't compensate for the pathetic service from you guys.. U can't beat Uber eats.. They appreciate the business and value their customers and they have excellent customer service!!!!
