Pathetic "service"

Ordered food from McDonalds and payment went through at 22:06pm, however we were told that we need to collect? Why accept the order and take payment just to be told that we need to collect?? What's the point of ordering Mr DELIVERY if we are to collect?? We have not had any problems thus far but don't think we'll use the service again. I expect a refund asap as this is unacceptable
