Pathetic delivery service... You blokes debit customers before the vendor even accepts the order and when the vendor rejects it for whatever reason, you take "24" ****** hours to process the refund... Absolute Bull ****!!!!!!!!! Oh and your Call Center staff need serious training, cutting in while a client is speaking and hanging up is just *******.
