Pathetic service

Waited for more than 2 hours for my food after explaining very nicely in lots of details where exactly my delivery location is. When I direct her in the correct direction she goes the exact opposite way! After a while she didn't take my calls anymore and then she cancelled the calls. 15 phonecalls from my side later I was informed that my order was cancelled and I should maybe wait for a refund whilst he was being very rude to me . I didn't even give them permission to do so. Won't be ordering from these pathetic people soon. +*** Emmanuel. Name and number of the useless driver.
