Pathetic service

Beyond atrocious service, you also **** and tried to pass the blame on to the restaurant. I ordered food at about 14:30 it’s now 17:25 and I have cancelled. When I queried about my order which was now late the driver had said he had a tire problem and mr Delivery customer support Nolubabalo.S (Mr D Food )said it was the restaurant that delayed the order, and the driver was on his way when questioned on the integrity of this response as both stories do not match, I get no response but what I had requested initially when the order was already late to cancel. My issue is take accountability don’t blame a restaurant for something not there fault, I will also be contacting simply Asia advising them on how they are getting the blame on this from Nolubabalo.S (Mr D Food )
