Pathetic service

I ordered usung the Mr D app and i received a different order from what i had ordered. I then went and sent my query through and was told someone would get back to me. It has been 72 hours and i have not received any feedback even after multiple emails. They however send promotional emails but don't have the decency to get back to clients when thwy complain wow
