Pathetic Service

So i place an order(Order DFD***1) on the Mr D app whilst doing the graveyard shift, the lady came through to our offices to deliver the food, we paid the lady cash, to my surprise there were items missing. i then called (Phone: ***) the customer care number to ask for the drivers number so i can arrange with him to go back to KFC Grayston Drive to go claim for our missing item, i was told there isn't much they can do. Ive never received such a pathetic service
