Pathetic customer service agents. They have no telephone etiquette or s****. They kept putting me on hold and did not get back to me. They cannot adhere to my simple request and that is to speak to a manager. Your R50 coupon doesn't recover the amount of airtime I have spent because of your agents putting me on hold
