Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Order placed at 16:14. I waited an hour for the delivery only to be told they were late with the order and would be collected now. This was 17:26. Customer Service sends a mail saying the driver was on the way to me. At 17:40, i receive an update saying failed delivery. I am sitting in my office looking at the gate. There was no contact made to me. After calling customer service, I am told the driver could not find my premises and could not contact me. All lies. I asked for proof of the driver trying to contact me and none was provided. Pathetic service.

All in all 1 hour and 45 minutes later. No order and no food delivered. I am shocked at the pathetic service delivery. I order from Mr D on a daily basis. I will now be switching over to uber eats. I would recommend any potential customer to do the same. Order number ***2
