pathetic service

I placed a nandos order online using mr delivery at 11:20.my order was delivered cold and incomplete at 12:55.after patiently waiting for my order i received a bag leaking hot sause as well as contents inside covered in it.i phoned mr delivery and was told that they would contact the resturant and call me back.at 13:50 i received the outstanding item from the delivey guy.i am still awaiting the phone call from mr delivery,which i realise is not going to happen.whats the point of mr delivery if i could have driven to nandos eaten and driven home in less the time and enjoyed my hot complete meal.
