Pathetic Service

It's been 9 days and not even an apology I placed an order with Mr Delivery 05/11/2023

17:55 order placed, Food was meant to be collected and by my door 18:40

At 18:54 I logged a complaint which was not addressed, I called the restaurant and they informed me that my food has been sitting there from 18:26, I decided to take a drive and collect the food, by the time I got there at 19:00 Mr D just collected my order and left to my house

I logged a second complaint with a picture that I was outside the restaurant and stated their driver picked up my food 30 minutes after it was ready and wasted my time to drive in the rain to collect myself.

Food was delivered at 19:13, the food was mishandled, again I logged a complaint (3rd one now) and said that the food was not handled with care and again sent a picture.

This was the most pathetic service I ever got and the fact Mr D ignored all 3 complaints shows how they value long term customers.
