Pathetic, no follow up or Resolution - Mr Delievry

Mr Delivery have failed to respond to my follow up emails about a timescale as to when my money will be refunded. I received what seemed to be an automated response say that it will be recolved ''shortly/soon'' I can not actually remember the useless word that they used.
