Pathetic Mr Delivery refusing to refund a cancelled order for almost a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had ordered from McDonald - through the Mr Delivery App on Mar 21, 2023, 9:09 PM, and immediately made cancellation because I had mistakenly selected to collect the order instead of delivery, I wanted my order to be delivered not to be collected so I realized I cannot change it to delivery. I then made the cancellation and it went successful because I did receive an email confirming the cancellation" We understand sometimes things come up. It may be possible for you to cancel your order before it gets prepared by the store. The fastest way to cancel your order is to give us a call . Please note that your eligibility for a refund or credit wallet may depend on the status of the order . Decisions to provide any refunds or credits are at the discretion of Mr D."

Pathetic they have not made my refund until this day, Mr D refuse to refund. It is almost a month now.
