Pathetic MR D service for Superbalist order.

I am a huge fan of Suprbalist.com however their contract with Mr D regarding deliveries is pathetic.

I am beyond angry with the service I received from one of your drivers this morning. First there is no indication of when exactly the driver will be at my address to deliver and then the dude rocks up at 8am that is when I start work and he expected me to be downstairs in a minute unfortunately I could not as we have start up meetings in my department.

I do acknowledge that he is on schedule but can we also be considered as these items get delivered at our offices and that we are also at work.The dude told me how late I was and I made him freeze outside as he had been waiting for 15 minutes and he also told me how much of a b*tch I am for making him late. After all I had even apologised.

Superbalist as much as I love your products I am tempted to stop shopping with you just because of your abusive delivery guys also known as Mr D they have no etiquette none whatsoever. Its unfortunate I did not get the guy's name however my Waybill number is MDX ********** 8 Superbalist order Number - **********
