Pathetic is the word!

I ordered food using their app. I paid using my card and a deduction was made, a few seconds later my order was cancelled but my money was not returned. I'm hungry and my lunchbreak will end soon, I'm also diabetic these guys are messing around. I called the number provided it keeps being hung up. Sent 2 queries no one is getting back to me.
