Pathetic, dont give a damn attitude!!!!!

Pathetic service from Mr. Delivery Partner and Call Center Agent. I placed an order online, and paid for it, when order was delivered I received half a cup of coffee, no sugar, no eating utensils, and then half the stuff was missing from my order. What is worse is that the food is now sitting here and cant be eaten because half the stuff was missing. The call center agent proceeds to tell me they will give me a R50 voucher to Mr Delivery.... I WILL NEVER USE MR DELIVERY EVER AGAIN, so what the heck am i supposed to do with a voucher for a pathetic service provider. When i asked for everything to be collected and provide me with a refund, I am told it is not possible. Then told they will provide me with a R50 refund back into my account... which will take 5 working days.... your service is disgusting, you should be ashamed especially since you charge us extra on your prices from your service providers, and then still charge an additional R15 extra for admin fees, and then couldnt give a damn when your customers are not satisfied.
