Pathetic Delivery

This is not the first time I have received bad service from Mr Delivery. Firstly they dont follow the clear instructions left on the app for them to delivery the parcel. But today was the best one yet, he called me saying he is downstairs, which I then informed him that I am not able to leave my desk. After waiting another 10min I proceeded to call him and he could not even stipulate where he is or how close he was. All this while my app had indicated that he had arrived already at the office. I went downstairs to see if he was maybe lost, and he still could not tell me where he was. He then informed me that I need to send him my location again on Whatsapp, which I found highly unprofessional and he was very abrupt. 15min later my food arrives ice cold and he calls to say his here and NO APOLOGY nothing.

This is pathetic and I am sorry to say its not the first time its happen
