Pathetic customer service - never use Mr Delivery!

Received an incorrect order via Mr Delivery. I spoke to three agents over the phone to rectify the matter, in addition to sending an email with the order details, as well as a picture of the incorrect order. Each agent was equally useless and none of them were able to assist. I eventually called the restaurant directly who said that they would prepare the correct order and contact Mr Delivery to send another driver to pick up the order and deliver it to me. After waiting for 40 minutes, we had to drive to the restaurant and pick up the order ourselves, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering food for delivery! This is my absolute last time using Mr Delivery, I will use Uber Eats instead as they are professional and reliable. Mr Delivery is honestly pathetic and offers ridiculously low customer service.
