Pathetic Customer Service

We ordered Burger King on the 24th on this app and the food was terrible, i then took it all back to the store where it came from and the manager said the cannot refund and we have to get the refund from Mr D so we did that same evening and till now the persons who are supposed to get this sorted out are really unprofessional as they keep asking for my phone number and it was sent numerous times. If you don't know how to handle customers find another job cause clearly no one at MR D has customer service. SO hopefully our refund will get sorted out today.
