Pathetic customer service and incompetence

We bought goods to the value of R60 000 and the order was incomplete! They didn't include SMEG Kettle and Toaster valued at R8 000 altogether and I've been trying to get my query resolved for 3 weeks by email and via call center to no avail! They are also supposed to replace a 75 inch TV because it's not working but that too has taken 3 weeks to resolve!
