Pathetic customer service and drivers

Why I didn't come on here for reviews, I honestly don't know. Customer service is pathetic. Ordered food, driver never delivers or call me. I called customer service and this lady is telling me that they can't refund me and can't give me the driver number to call to meet them somewhere for my order. This rude piece of **** drops the phone while I'm trying to be very nice to her. Got the drivers number from the restaurant and still waiting a hour later for the driver to tell me where my food is and if we can atleast meet somewhere to get my order. Won't ever order from this app. Used it on a regular basis but it will be my last. I'll rather use Uber eats or drive. Don't waste your time guys
