Pathetic customer service and business delivery

Absolutely pathetic. They got my order wrong. I phoned atleast 7 times to get them to deliver that correct order and just got attitude from their customer care. I spoke to a lady who just kept quiet and cut the call when I asked for their managers details.

Spending money and supporting your business is definitely a waste of time. I spent more time and more of my money phoning your customer care and having them put the phone down.

Pathetic!

And to think I supported your company weekly. I would rather hop in my car and get my food by myself.

My kids are starving and its supper time and MR D just wants to give me a credit.
