Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Mr D Food's first time experience was terrible (***), ordered food at 14h00 and the driver only called me 3 hours later by that time I had already called the order at 16h00, Mr D food promised to investigate what went wrong and come back to me, i am still waiting and the incident date was 13.02.2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then one of your employeed Carlyn Moodaly completely ignores questions on my email, this is unnaceptable and I would like her to be addressed please, Kindly check correspondence between myself and Carlyn to see why I am complaining about how she handled my requests.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy and need details of what happened!!!</p>
