Pathetic customer service

Pathetic service!

Keegan called me from customer service insisting im a **** and that i did not add a note on my order clearly stating i want spicy sauce on my pizza which is an option when you go in store but your stupid app doesnt allow it so i left a note. Keegan calls me to call me a **** and says nothing was there. Am i stupid to not know what i wanted on my pizza why would i order bland food when im a ***** of spice? My D that was my first and last order with you ill be uninstalling the app.
