Pathetic and expensive

Pathetic company and the sad part they one of the only delivery companies in our area. You place an order for a meal from a restaurant which Mr D already overcharge for on the app a R50 meal can easily cost you R70 to R80 on their app you then pay only to be told the restaurant declined your order but Mr D already took your money. You now need to do a refund from your wallet and wait 5 business days for your own money. Pathetic seriously why not first see if the restaurant can take the order before taking peoples money.
