Pathetic and Disgusting service

Thanks to Mr Delivery Extreme and Spur they ruined my birthday on 16 June.After receiving bad service from mr delivery extreme previously we thought maybe this time it will be different. instead of going to spur my kids wanted to stay at home and order in,what a disater.when I call they couldn't take the call cause their operators are busy they will call me back,I waited for 15minutes no phone call I then called back.my order was taken.then the waiting started,after making numerous phone calls they were stiill not coming with our food.then I was called for directions,and promised in next 5min.After 30 min my husband called and was told they don't know where the driver is they will check and call back.eventually we where called by the driver he can't find our complex,my husband had to go get him on our corner.then the food arrives,ice cold and no suprise the order is incomplete just like the previous times.then the manager argues with me that the order can't be incomplete yet I checked infront of the driver,then I had to wait another.hour for chips and onion rings,this is pathtic and everytime all they say is sorry,this time I refused to pay,Disgusting.thanks for ruining my birthday
