Pathetic

Ordered food. Waited 2 hours. Called them constantly but no answer. Afterwards received and message saying error please contact Mr D. I did numerous times but they don't answer. After 2 and half hours I called the restaurant and they said our food was done awhile ago. Thank you Mr D now I have to drive get my own food that I payd you for and best off all its COLD!!!!!
