Pathetic

I have ordered a mc feast deluxe regular meal only to have a big mac delivered to me. I called both the store and mr d to get this corrected and it was confirmed that my order was waiting on collection from driver. Mr D then sent a new driver with my order, however, it took 30 min to get this mess sorted before the driver could give my food(Actual order). Now after finally getting my food I then noticed the sauce and gherkins I asked to be removed was still on there, so why have a section to leave notes and remove or add certain things when it's not being taken into consideration? I am not happy at all and I will never use Mr D again, your service is pathetic and then your staff make me out to be in the wrong and another thing is that I'm not a **** nor do I *****.
