PATHETIC!

<p>Not only does Mr. Delievry over charge people and take more than an hour to deliver food, they now have a new policy that scores them an extra R10 by force because they no longer take orders from branches but only from the national call centre. All that aside, these people dont understand that they are dealing with HUNGRY people. It took the guy about 5 minutes to get my name right when he took my order - when my order got here, my mushroom sauce was not given to me. I called Mr. Delivery and all they can tell me is about their procedures and how they escalating my complaint. I'm not worried for you process of escalation and how your manager is too busy in a meeting. If i have to wait for your stupid procedures to be completed before I get my mushroom sauce, i'll die of starvation while my food gets as hard as a rock and cold. Customer service is pathetic, your new system is pathetic, your staff are pathetic and your management is pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>I DEMAND a refund and you will NEVER hear from me again. R146 for a burger and half my food isnt here and the other half is cold. I might as well find food in the trash.</p> <p> </p> <p>waste of energy, time and money.</p>
