Pathetic

On 14 September I placed an order for delivery from KFC Okavango. When my order arrived I thanked the driver and took the order inside only to realised that they forgot to add the zinger wings. I called your customer care and they said they would refund me for the full amount of the zinger wings. I phoned again later on to request a refund for the delivery as well because we received free delivery and now I will be held liable for a delivery fee even though it was not because of negligence on my side but yours. The lady said she will credit me the R15 (thats still not showing till this day). I then placed another order for the Zinger wings and paid with my ebucks because the lady said it might take some time for the credit to show. The ebucks was deducted. Today marks 8 days after all this happened and it seems that you reversed my credit even though I haven't even placed an order yet (except the zinger wings which was paid for in ebucks). If you send me an email, I will happily provide you with screenshots for evidence. This is really pathetic service
