Paid for 2 meals but didn't receive them

On June 18 I placed an order on the Mr delivery app for Rocco mammas, the meal was R96 including delivery, I paid via EFT. I didn't receive it because they could not get hold of me but they said it would be reimbursed and then Immediately made another order with McDonald's the meal was R76.80 that also failed because they could not get hold of me even though I sent them a new one even though I sent an email immediately requesting them to leave it with by the security. Both orders were debited but I didn't not receive and the customer service refused to reimburse me. I basically paid for 2 meals I didn't receive
