Paid but never received order

Ordered food from Steers. Called Mr Delivery a hour and 15 min later- the agent told me I could either have a refund or she would replace the order. I chose to have the order replaced because we were really hungry. After another 30 minutes I decided to call Steers, they told me that they didn’t receive any orders from Mr Delivery. Called Mr D again- another agent told me that according to the driver there was no one to receive the order! When I told him I have dogs that bark and a bell at the gate he changed his story - apparently the driver had problems with is gps. My first AND LAST order from Mr D!!!
