Package delivered to someone else with no ID

I got an email today saying that my package from Takealot was delivered to me by Mr Delivery but I never received it. When I logged onto Takealot it said that the package was received by someone called Makhosi who is not me and no one I know.<br> <br> How can you deliver a package to someone who has a totally different name to me and why didn't you ask him for ID? How *********** are you people?<br> <br> Please get my package back or send me my goods again and don't ***** it up again.<br> <br> Please also make sure you punish the *********** driver because he clearly doesn't have a clue what he is doing or he has ****** it intentionally.
