Overiding a number for OTP

Cannot assist me for a second month. snack me voucher cannot be accepted and app**** as my phone is faulty, unacceptable as they cannot change the number the OTP needs to be sent to - instead telling me that the voucher needs cancelling. Really Mr. D it is 2024 I am sure your systems allow for overriding !!
