Overcharging people and refusing to return money

I was charged 3 times for an order on Friday. I use Mr D every Friday and I am very disappointed. I have called, emailed and logged tickets on the app and have been given the run around from Friday night. MR. D is ********* and is happily caring customer more than once and not returning the money.
