Overcharged in multiple places

So I have been thinking about what to say here for a few days.

I use Mr Delivery fairly regularly here are my major complaints.

1. They start by marking up all the food they deliver by a fair amount.

2. No matter how much your order comes to you can only give your driver a percentage tip so to give an example. My family did a big order from an Indian takeaway that is only 4km away which came to about R850. the minimum I can tip is 10% so the driver gets R85 for a 4km delivery Then they charge a R15 delivery fee on top of that. Put in the option to tip a set amount. I do want to give the driver a tip but I don't have R100 to give away for a takeaway.

On the positive side my driver is (usually) very friendly.

But you guys are pushing it a bit marking up the food and charging delivery AND expecting us to tip the driver.
