OVERCHARGED AND TERRIBLE DELIVERY

I ordered my meal from Mr Delivery at 18h02 on the 22/12/2015 - The meal finally arrived at 20:40, Ice cold and missing all the condiments that should be served with the meal, ie parmaesan cheese, garlic and chilli. I was charged a delivery charge of R50.50 and R13.26 for a processing fee. I was charged the delivery rate for Actonville and not Farrarmere. I phoned Mr Delivery the following day and was assured that they would call me back in 24 hours and refund my money as I was overcharged. Today being the 21/01/2016, I am still waiting for their call. Needless to say it would have been easier to place the order and collect from the food supplier as they are less than 5 minutes away.
