Over an hour to deliver and WRONG ORDER!!!!

I am not satisfied at all with the service. I placed my order at 14:40pm the estimated time for the collection was 15:10pm. The delivery only got delivered at 16:05pm I had to call in twice to find out what ON EARTH was going on Along with the extremely LATE delivery they had got the wrong order! I am highly disappointed and in future would rather go with Uber Eats they let their customers know. Not satisfied at all!!!
