Over 1hour and my food is no where to be found nor any good explanation

I am a regular from Mr D who is unhappy with today’s service,I ordered food at 11h31 and was told it will get to me by 12h31 which never happens but I sat and waited now it’s 12h50 still no update on the app nor food,I query with mr d they say the await feedback from delivery team but how long should I wait now??I am hungry it’s been an hour now..Worst service ever order DFD***
