Orders late - 2nd time in 4 days. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

This is the 2nd time in 4 days that our order is delayed. Upon calling the call centre we get offered a R50 coupon for the inconvenience. What the actual f#ck???? I will never use this service again!!!
