Ordered at 6pm received food at 8pm

We placed an order at 6pm and only received food at 8pm, firstly the driver stole the food and we had to reorder then they sent us ice cold food with hard cheese and biltong, the base of the pizza was even hard and the avocado had turned brown. After calling numerous times and reporting the issues they decided they will not do anything because they don't care. Really pathetic service, will not be ordering from that restaurant again.
