Order With Mr D Delivery

We have order from Mr Delivery Payment when trough but no ref nr were given.Whe have phone Mr D Delivery numerous times. Spoke to Zinkle and Samantha and Vuyo Ref *** They said it will show in the appointment wallet but nothing yet Please help
