App said order was delivered as i was waiting outside. Driver either stole it or gave it to a completely random person, as there is no way to verify that the food is being given to the right person. No phone call. Nothing. No reply from support. On hold for ages. Been a customer for years. Never again. If you're reading this, avoid this service.
