Order unsuccessfully delivered

On the 29.07. 2023 I place an order with Mr D the driver was Mhofu Mdhara his contact details for the *** around 14:48 My order was unsuccessfully delivered when I called one of consult ed her Name is SiziWe, N she said I must give them my order number I gave them then my order number #DFD*** to check then she said she will escalate this matter when I'm calling they telling me different stories they don't want to refund the money cz i know if order is unsuccessful delivery they refund ur money but now they failed to do that please i need my refund please as soon as possible.
