Order refund

It's funny how Mr delivery needs to make things easier for us the customers and we pay for that service only to find out that it's make life easier for them and the restaurant and only to rip you off. Why I it difficult for you to cancel an order and refund when it's the client but easy for you to cancel and order and keep the money by putting it in your wallet when the error is on you or the restaurant?? So it's easy to take money from us and rip us off??
