Order placed and paid for but food was not received.

Order a meal on Mr Delivery from Steers with Delivery instructions to exactly where I want the food sent. When food was ready to be delivered driver calls me to ask where must food be delivered to, I gave him details even sent him a screen shot of Delivery instructions put, he then nicely tells me he does not go to that area. I asked him then why was order excepted and to please provide details as to who I can contact directly with my concern because I have paid for the food which by the way was to be delivered to my husband work as he was hungry and waiting for it. He just ignored my request and cut the call. I tried calling back again he ignored my calls. I called using another number he answered. I was now very irate and still am, he now says he will send details which he never. I tried calling again same thing not answering. I then sent him the below message.

I tried to call a few times you ignoring my calls. I tried to message, you ignored that too. I asked for the office details you refused to give that as well. I'm going to put all the message I sent as well as the calls I tried to make on social media as proof of this pathetic service after I have made payment as a customer.

After that he then sends me this 9 digit number. ***

This is the 2nd time in a space of 5days that I have received such pathetic service from Mr. Delivery. This for me is *****, taking a customers money and not delivering any goods.
